VINE

Victim Information and Notification Everyday is a statewide system that is a service through which victims of crime can use the telephone or Internet to search for information regarding the custody status of their offender and to register to receive telephone and e-mail notification when the offender’s custody status changes.

The criminal justice process can sometimes be overwhelming or just downright confusing, especially for victims. VINE products and services empower victims, law enforcement, court personnel, and other concerned citizens to stay up-to-date with criminal proceedings, court information, protective orders, restitution, and more. Whether separate or used as a complete service, their victim-centric solutions are designed for a single purpose: Empowerment.

A team of dedicated operators assists victims with information or registration, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The VINE system automates the arrest and pre-trial notification process and can alert numerous individuals simultaneously.

They also provide victims with continuous access to vital information regarding offenders and their custody status. This service is available day or night, around-the-clock, offering extra peace of mind to victims when they need it.
