The County Clerk is a constitutional officer elected by the voters of Iowa County to a four-year term. The Iowa County Clerk provides service to the County Board of Supervisors and the public, keeps the official minutes of the board and county committees, acts as an agent and representative for the State of Wisconsin through clerica l assistance, issuance and distribution of licenses and election coordination.
The County Clerk provides services to the County Board, issues Marriage Licenses, Intent to Cut Forms and Dog Licenses. Administers the county, state and federal elections for the county. The office also directs the public to the proper department for services they might need.
