  • Pfizer *must be 12 years or older to receive







All Clinics are walk-in/drive up

FREE COVID-19 vaccines available for anyone 12-18 years of age and FREE childhood vaccines for uninsured, under-insured and BadgerCare recipients.

*Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or have a note from parent and be accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.
