Field Profitability Improvement Program


Inputs are high. Time is short.

Why spend time and money cropping areas of your fields that aren’t turning a profit? 

We can help you identify those acres and find revenue-boosting alternatives! The Iowa County Field Profitability Improvement Program includes:

  • A free profitability analysis based on your yield data, conducted by a Pheasants Forever expert, plus a $5/acre incentive payment.
  • For those who don’t have yield data, a new $1,000 incentive payment to begin yield monitoring and share your yield data with us.
  • Based on the analysis, a $25/acre incentive to seed unprofitable areas down to hay, a buffer, pollinator habitat, or other long-term vegetation.
    1. Additionally, help deciding on practices and signing up for any applicable cost-share programs.
