NOTE: The first page must have blank recording area in upper right hand corner or else add cover page for an additional $2.00. Termination of Decedent's Property Interest: $25.00 HT-110 forms are provided for this type of probate. Copies of Recorded Documents Uncertified copies of the above documents are available for $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page. An additional $1.00 is charged for a certified copy. Method of Payment For recording real estate documents, checks and money orders may be made out to Register of Deeds.
